WARRANTY

The Norwex microfiber cloths & the Norwex mop have an additional “normal use & maintenance” 2-year warranty. Norwex Dryer Balls have a 1-year warranty, and the magnet ball has a 5-year warranty.

RETURNS

To return a product for refund or replacement purchased from me, please contact me (or whoever the consultant was who you purchased the product from) & so we can assist you with the return.    I will  need you to return the defective product, along with your warranty receipt.  We will give you easy instructions to follow.
